Can I try the software without signing up?

Yes. Try the sample booking page to choose services, vehicle options and a simulated appointment time. The Admin Hub demo includes the client booking page editor, bookings, calendar and customer profiles, with fictional records and temporary sample changes. Both demos work without an account and do not create real appointments.

What is Reserve My Detail?

Reserve My Detail is detailing CRM and booking software built to work with GoHighLevel (GHL). It gives detailing businesses branded online booking pages and an Admin Hub for managing appointments and customers connected to GHL.

How does Reserve My Detail connect to GoHighLevel?

An administrator connects each business using a GHL Private Integration and a compatible calendar. Customers choose their services, vehicle and available time. Live bookings create contacts and appointments in the connected GHL location, with duration based on the selected services and vehicle.

Does it replace GoHighLevel?

No. Reserve My Detail adds a detailing-specific booking experience and Admin Hub to GoHighLevel. A configured GHL account and compatible calendar are required for live bookings.

Can I offer mobile detailing and shop appointments?

Yes. Each business can offer shop appointments, mobile detailing or both. Mobile bookings collect a service address, and administrators can configure a travel buffer. Packages, add-ons and vehicle types determine the estimated price and appointment duration.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes. Customize your booking page with your business name, logo, colors, page copy, service photos and packages. Customers use a dedicated booking link for your business.

Can agencies manage multiple detailing businesses?

Yes. Agency administrators can manage multiple client booking pages and their GHL connections in one Admin Hub. Invited site editors receive access to their assigned businesses.

Do customers need an account or a payment to book?

Customers can book without creating an account. The booking flow collects their contact and vehicle details and shows an estimated total. No online payment is required to book.

How do I get Admin Hub access?

Use the Talk to our team link to visit Virsa Labs and discuss setup for your business. Admin Hub access is managed by an administrator. Existing users can sign in; invited users complete setup through their invitation link. There is no self-service signup or checkout on this site.
